Booking a session is easy! Simply visit our schedule page, choose a class that works for you, and follow the instructions to reserve your spot.

Yes! Many of our classes are available via Zoom. Just let us know, and we’ll provide the access link when you register.

Please bring a yoga mat or cushion for comfort, and wear comfortable clothing. If you’re joining online, find a quiet space where you can focus and relax.

Many of our classes are donation-based, meaning you can pay what you feel comfortable with. We appreciate your support!
